The rental and selling prices for the homes are listed below. They are subject to change without notice.
Rental prices are listed for both furnished and unfurnished. Furnishings are "as is" in 421 W. 250th Street and 5000 Iselin Avenue. Other homes will be furnished comparable to those two homes.
Rental prices include the following:

All landscaping, including pool maintenance and snow removal.
On site supervisor Mon - Fri 7AM - 4 PM
Resident maintenance person
24 hour security
Tenant pays heat and utilities. Housekeeping available for an extra charge (approximately 2 hours per day)
