Villanova Heights is located in beautiful Riverdale on the Hudson River in New York City. This estate is surrounded by breathtaking beauty and offers close proximity to Downtown Manhattan and the rest of the city. Rarely will you find this type of remote, "country" feeling in the midst of America's largest and most famous city.
World renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern is currently building fifteen luxury homes to the highest architectural standards available that will offer seclusion and privacy with a rural touch. For those who appreciate the benefits of living in a large city without the traffic and congestion of urban living, these exclusive properties will be the perfect anecdote. Imagine waking up to the sound of chirping birds and a gentle breeze flowing through the trees outside your bedroom window, then arriving in the midst of Midtown Manhattan only minutes later. This will be a reality for Villanova Heights residents.
These single family dream homes will be available for lease beginning in October of 2008.

In developing Villanova Heights, Robert A.M. Stern Architects has adhered to its philosophy that the residences designed "do not, by their very being, threaten the esthetic and cultural values of the buildings around them." Further, that no one style "is appropriate to every building and every place." Finally, consistent with Robert A.M. Stern's belief in the continuity of tradition, his firm's work on Villanova Heights is driven "by entering into a dialogue with the past and with the spirit of the places in which we build."
